Values

Here's what guides the organizational structure of Tuson & Associates Inclusion Services LTD.

Our Values

1.   Reverence for all Life: We believe that all life is special, unique and valuable. We honour the intrinsic dignity of each and every individual.

2.   Acceptance of Diversity: We believe society benefits from the differences amongst us. Individuals with developmental delays are unique and special not simply due to their disability but due to the inherent differences of all people.

3.   Inclusion:  We believe that all people have rights to be full citizens in their communities. All people should have full access to all aspects of society. In an inclusive society, individuals with developmental disabilities have access to resources and supports that allow them to make decisions about their own lives and have a voice in matters that concern them.

4.   Accountability:  We believe that we have a responsibility to interact with all people in an honest, transparent, compassionate and meaningful way. We believe we are answerable to our clients, funders and the community in general. We are receptive and follow through on any questions, concerns or suggestions about our philosophies, actions, and services.

5.   Social Responsibility: We believe that as members of society ourselves, we must use our strengths and gifts to support those who may struggle. We have a responsibility to speak out against injustices and inequities in our society.

5.   Cultural Responsibility: We value and celebrate the indigenous cultures of individuals with disabilities, honoring their strength and preserving their traditions. Through inclusivity and recognition, we strive to uplift their voices and contributions within their communities.
